Attempt to shortchange me today and keep $20.
I would like to speak to a district manager about it I'm not sure that the store managers or anyone below the district manager can or will understand what I'm explaining. I have experience in ownership and management of multiple different convenience stores and I firmly believe the employee probably does this on a regular basis to earn extra money due to his reaction, his attitude, and his demeanor during the interaction that the employee and I had. I was at the store between approximately 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
February 15th. I purchased $10 worth of gas on pump 9 and $5 scratch offs at the register furthest to the East end of your checkout counter I paid cash. The transaction after it was $2.19 on a food stamp card for a donut. That transaction was also mine.
You may review the camera look at the interaction and see exactly what I'm talking about, he shorted me $20 and had no issues with doing it wasn't surprised when I made him aware of it didn't question me and handed me the money back and as I said from my experience in that business and with people in general I firmly believe he knew exactly what he was doing and likely does it on a regular basis.Please have someone return my call at 321-576-**** or send me a text message and I will call you back immediately.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Was finally able to contact manager. After reviewing security footage she refunded me.
