During my husband & my walk this morning while shopping in the area, we decided to stop at the racetrack (@ 2891 Tamiami Trail E Naples, Florida 34112) to get 2 drinks & 2 slices of pizza. After paying we sat down at racetracks provided tables on the side of the establishment, to eat while waiting on our Uber. Not even 3 minutes went by before your employee, Mary, stepped outside not once but twice telling us and everyone else that we were not allowed to be out there or sitting at the tables and needed to leave immediately. The 1st time she came out, I said we were waiting on an Uber, and she said that's fine. The 2nd time I told her our uber would be there in 5 more minutes, and she said fine, but don't come back any more today. That's when I finally stated why. She said because her & her manager said so. I then said, well why do you have the tables here if they're not to sit and eat at, we are paying customers not homeless vagrants. Were not bothering anyone or selling things here. She said am I going to have trouble with you. I said not today cause my Uber just arrived, but I will for sure be contacting your corporate office and your manager. My husband is 65 yrs old and has back problems. Which is why we chose the racetrack, so he can sit and rest his back while we wait on Uber to take us the rest of the way home. We bought food and drinks from your establishment, and we were not causing a scene. I've never been kicked off a property like that for no reason, especially after buying stuff from them. This woman was very rude and my husband and I are very disappointed. We thought you should know how they are treating your customers here. I hope this issue will be addressed quickly. No one should be treated this way. Especially an elderly man with back issues. I also was not given a receipt. I waited for a second for her to give me one but all I have to prove I was there was the partial payment on my cash app.

I walked in gas station to use the restroom I was denied of using restroom so I used the restroom anyway female got on the phone with police lying and called me out my name several times i also called the police and told them that she lied so as I was waiting on the police I stood in the store to wait for police and kept being called out my name I felt like I was being harassed and attacked for just having to use the restroom and as I walked out when I saw the police I was called a stupid ***

I really thought when you went to a job, and you started a job, and you wanted to go a little further up in the lines you would take from the people that you already trained inside your business instead of hiring somebody not in the business and that you have to train for everything especially when I know somebody who's been at racetrac for a while that has already knows all the jobs details and has done everything and people keep promising him oh the next time somebody quits or goes to another store that he'll get to be a manager and all he wants to do is work, he works sleeps and eats that's all he does, and e went from 40 hours which he likes down to 32 hours, and he prefers go back to 40 hours if he can And what is it with all the managers and everybody's like on first shift nobody likes to do second and third My son doesn't care My son would even mind you know being one of those where if somebody calls out first go to first go to second go to third when you're a manager you're supposed to be able to do every aspect of a job even the parts that you hate that's what makes you a good manager so everybody keeps promising and promising to my son that the next time a manager position comes available it's his, and he keeps getting overlooked unfortunately in my eyes you're going to lose a excellent employee My eyes you need a mystery shopper or your stores I've already gone into your stores and cut people walking around on their phones sitting on the floor acting like they're putting stuff on the shelves on their phones when you're at a job your phone should be either off or in your pocket on vibrate to the point where if I need to get a hold of my son who works at your job because I have a son at home who has epilepsy sometimes have seizures so sometimes I need to be able to get a hold of my son, and I can't because the managers either take away their phones or say they can't have them which to me if I need to get a hold of him and I can't, I'll be calling the cops and sending the cop to your store to give them him the message because we share a car, but I mean I would love to work for your job I actually went and applied and because I'm his mother they wouldn't hire me like me and my son are going to have they say that family can't work together because that you can get into an argument First I teach my kids to leave their crap at the door and second of all if my son was my boss I would do what he asked that would be the right thing to do I mean I can understand if it was my son and his girlfriend, and they had a conflict yeah that would be horrible but me and my son we know how to work out our complex I just walk away from him and ignore him, and he knows that I'm still his mother whether he's my boss or not but my problem is I have a son who is 25 years of age was a 6-year-old brain and if I got a job all my money would go to a sitter and My son has told me that few people have that have worked there have brought their child in and let them sit at the table and color or play on their phone which I have a child who loves to sleep You give him a broom he'll sleep he actually can work, but he's he has to be watched like I said he's 25 with a 6-year-old brain I would love a regular job, so I wouldn't have to do this flea market stuff anymore since my mother passed away But anyway if you could find it in your heart anyway my son was really love to be a manager if you were able if you are able to give him a higher up job he would love it he loves to learn, and he's like me give him a book forget it show him what you want done he's there I know I'm praising my son a lot, but I raised him to be better Thank you and if you have any questions don't hesitate to email me or even call me You have my number and my email

This company is horrible. It's not bad enough for them to shut lottery scratch offs at 10 pm, but to scan a customer ticket, matk it paid and tell them they couldn't pay it, and send them off to be paid somewhere else is considered steeling in my book! And then the manager is conveniently,unavailable!

Store was locked and the person inside ignored about 30 customers even people at the gas pumps couldn't get gas

I was buying something it cost more than what was on my card they put the debit though and I don't have any other money so the transaction didn't go through it was on Friday jan 12 in the evening card ending in 6108 for $7.20

This store is always closed between 5 am and 6 am every single day... why is this happening when its supposed to be 24 hrs

Ok I'm a mom of a young adult who works for Racetrac ,he loves his job ,,and your about to lose him if things don't change . He is tired of working with people who are slow and take to many smoking breaks or stay on their phone or in his case not enough workers on his shift,,I went to apply but they said I can't work at his store,,why I'm his mother not his girlfriend, I believe you should have a mystery shopper go to all your Racetrac and check on workers ,, I have been to this Racetrac and there would be a line and people hitting bell and no one stopping what they are doing to help move line. So I would love to speak to someone in corporate please, my son loves his job ,,hates lazy people , my son Marc Mancino would love to be a manger,,he would be awesome at it , he doesn't know I'm writing you .. but he complains that when he works 10pm to 6am , people from other shifts never get all their work done , and my son can't finish it cause most the time he is working by himself.. which is so wrong.. that's why I applied so I could try and work same shift as him , he is a hard worker willing to learn but he keeps Getting overlooked for manger position to people who are just hired , i let him release all his energy when he gets home from work, cause i dont want him taking it the next day ,my son doesn't go to work to make friends he goes to Work to pay bills ,, and i have been trying to get a part time job its hard I'm 55 year old mom with no teeth, but im a people person and i have been selling at flea market for over 20 years now .. but it all cash ,, don't get me wrong I love doing it but my ground rent just went up , so please have someone in corporate call me , before they lose a great boy who loves his job

Yes it is , I will not use race trac again because that's not my first encounter with this person who calls herself a manager . I'm a 61 year old man that she loves to taunt she ask for id and when i provide it she refuse service for for me saying to me she don't have yo service me because of my demeanor

I went to the new Racetrac station in alabaster Alabama to fuel... Had to go to a self-checkout kiosk which I wasn't thrilled about, prepaid $30 worth of fuel and went to pump. Picked up the wrong handle so had to switch that and my fuel would not pump. I went into the station and talked to the clerk that was there and she told me that it would automatically go back on my card since I did not pump it. She would not reset the pump for me which was way rude and I had to go somewhere else to get gas. The next day I called the store and was told that the refund would be on my card within 30 minutes to 3 days. On the third day I contacted the company via email via pissedconsumer.com and have had zero response! I am now in the process of contacting the issuing Bank to dispute the charge. Again, I paid for $30 worth of fuel that I did not pump and I found a $27.77 charge on my card which is odd to begin with. I am quite upset about this and I will never return to race trac and have been telling everyone that I speak to about the issue and warning them about what happens.

This morning I went into Racetrac about 5:50 a.m and purchased lottery tickets, left and came back around 10.00a.m. to collect my winnings of $140 and the manager refused to cash in my tickets stating that she didn't have the money after my ticket were scanned in the system which left my ticket saying already paid. I pay Georgia Lottery often so I know the rules. Racetrac sells lottery tickets but dont have funds to pay out up to $600? Doesn't make sense! I'm disappointed! I patronize this store daily and never had an issue with lottery until today.

This is in regards to employees at Store 2361 located on 19100 NW 2nd Ave. Miami, Florida 33169 On the evening of 02/04/2024, my husband went to cash a winning scratch off for $100 dollars. It was a monopoly scratch off. It was around 6:30pm when he went to this store to cash it. A girl cashed it and then asked how he wanted the money. But then changed her story and said she could not scratch it. I then went else where to cash it and they said it was redeemed!!! At that point my husband went right back to the store mentioned and told them why did they cash it and not give the money. It was around 6:50pm and some guy there said to my husband when confronting the attendant, Oh well Bruh I dont know what to tell you. Imagine to me surprise that your employees are attempting to steal from everyday Consumers. I strongly ask you look at surveillance to the time I reference and pay mind to the shady employees you have working under your establishment. Luckily a manager on duty was present and she made the attendant clear out her register and give up the money she was stealing. My husband not only had to go thru such an experience but to be late to work and go thru this is really upsetting and not right!

This store located 8485 radio rd in naples florida always is closed at 5 am in the mornig,when customers go to find a good coffee!!!
